Area of Study: Applied Industrial Technology (Lifting Technologies) Apprenticeship Program
Degree/Certificate: Associate of Applied Science degree in Applied Industrial Technology with a concentration in Lifting Technologies
Academic School: Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering and Computer Science
Students must be currently working in a registered apprenticeship program in conjunction with the US Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship Training.
The Apprenticeship program prepares Mazzella Companies’ employees to earn journey status in Lifting Technologies as well as an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Applied Industrial Technologies. The 4 year apprenticeship program concentrates on the skills required to become a skilled worker all facets of Lifting Technology. Journey level skills include crane cables, lifting slings, rigging, and bay crane assembly and maintenance.
